TTF: "Taken shortly before we took the stage at the world famous Budokan, September 22nd, 1997... it was also DC's birthday. During the show I made an announcement about David's birthday, (DC knew nothing about it!) in my best "official" announcer's voice, which took everyone by surprise. The whole crowd joined us in a rousing version of Happy Birthday, and Lucy, our wardrobe lady, brought out a Birthday cake, complete with candles! "
